  • Teams consist of players at the same skill level
  • Teams are then assigned to a tier and games are played against teams in the same tier across the league
  • League games are scheduled within the Dynamo/Dash Youth SOUTH regions-Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City
  • Special curricula developed for the U8 and U10 training sessions—ALL teams receive the same training regardless of their tier
  • Curricula ensure your child is learning what they should be learning–individual skill development (dribbling & general ball mastery)
  • Each player is part of a team where he or she has the chance to succeed

Once you have selected your sizes, you can check out and pay then it will be shipped to your home!

*Note: The Dash jersey is described as the ‘Women’s Tiempo jersey’.  Once you click on to choose your size, it also has Youth sizes. If you choose to look at the sizing chart, initially it will appear as the adult chart, but look in the top left hand side of that box to ‘see all sizing charts’. The sizing chart is a generic chart for everything they sell on the website.  When it comes to the jerseys, the chart seems to be generous on the size of child compared to actual size of jersey.  I have had many requesting the Youth 2XS, which is not available.  Up until this year, the smallest we were able to offer is the Youth S and it was doable for all U5 & U6; therefore, now being able to order the Youth XS should be great for our littlest ones! Also keeping in mind, they can wear these jerseys for as long as it fits them.

What is Street Soccer?

Street Soccer refers to the various kinds of pickup soccer games played in parks, gyms and in the streets and alleys in countries across the world. The defining character of street soccer is that it is free from the constraints of usual soccer games such as referee’s, boundaries and positions.

Who can attend?

Any player, any age, registered in the Dynamo Dash Youth Recreational, Youth Academy, or Competitive programs.

There is no charge for this program – it is FREE.

Why Street Soccer?

Creativity is difficult, if not impossible, to teach. It can only be encouraged by providing the environment that helps foster it, one that rewards risk taking, imagination and inventiveness.

This street soccer environment is crucial for developing youth soccer players. It enables them to try new things and be clever on the ball while having fun. It gives them the opportunity to stabilize their skills, develop at their own pace and build confidence. It exposes players continually to solving soccer-related problems on their own, which helps them develop their independent decision-making skills through trial and error. But most important, it allows young players to enjoy the game for what it really is – a game.

When is Street Soccer?

Friday nights during Spring and Fall Recreational season.

Where is Street Soccer?

Stampede Sportsplex, Woodforest

Street Soccer is such a huge part of Youth Soccer in European and South American countries.

Kingwood Alliance Partnership

We have partnered with Kingwood Alliance Soccer Club to provide a developmental pathway for their players into our Youth Academy and Competitive programs. We look forward to supporting their current Recreational program and welcome their players into the Dynamo | Dash Youth family.

Summer/Winter: visit our Camps page!

The Kingwood Alliance Recreational program fosters this promotion through a league that focuses on individual play, along with team building. The program has several teams at all age groups and genders, which allow players to play with their peers, in the local community. They provide 8 games on Saturdays, in Kingwood and the players receive a full uniform. The end of each season is celebrated with individual medals and club festivities.

Birth Years: 2012 – 2014 – The regular price of registration is $135. For those who are looking for extra training, there is Skills Training provided by Kingwood Alliance professional coaches for an additional fee of $100. This is available for those who register in the Recreational league and is an hour session for 8 weeks.

Birth Years: 2009, 2010 & 2011 – The regular price of registration is $190. These age groups receive 8 one-hour training sessions with the Dynamo | Dash training staff.

Birth Years: 2008 birth year & older – Kingwood Alliance also have opportunities for players born in 2008 and older, who want to play recreationally in Division III soccer. This can be a springboard to competitive soccer for some who aren’t ready at U11 but are by U12 or U13.

For information regarding the Kingwood Alliance program, please contact Mark Zylker.
