- Games played on FIFA approved synthetic turf at Bear Branch Sports Complex in The Woodlands, TX

GOTSPORT REGISTRATION GUIDANCE:
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING TO REGISTRATION IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY ERRORS
DDY Teams: If you already have a Gotsport account as a Coach or Team Manager and it is affiliated with our club, please log in and proceed to create your tournament team. DO NOT USE your League GotSport Team that you will see listed under “My Teams” on the left-hand side after logging in.
If you are creating a new Gotsport account OR you have an existing account, and it is not affiliated with our club please reach out to tournaments@dynamodashyouth.com or by calling the office (281)-298-2180 BEFORE creating any teams so that we are able to link your account to the club. If your gotsport account is not linked to our club, it will not give you access to add coaches/players to your rosters and you may experience errors.
Non-DDY teams: If you are experiencing issues or errors such as “access denied, organization can’t be blank” please reach out to staff within your club and request that they link your account to their gotsport club account (They can do so by adding you as a coach/manager).
Once you have your account set up, please follow the steps accordingly: Input what you want your team’s name to be (I.E The Santa clauses), select the gender and select your team’s age group and click search. It will prompt you to create a new team and you will be able to fill out your information and proceed to registration. You are welcome to use your league accounts if you choose to.
DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK OUT!: Your team will not be registered until your payment is submitted. No payments will not be processed until after December 1, 2022.
Teams should be registered in the age-group category of the oldest player on the team, even if players’ ages span more than one age group.

All teams MUST check in prior to their first game. There are 2 options to check-in, please see below for the options
Dynamo Dash Youth (DDY) players need to check in with a completed South Texas Youth Soccer Medical Release.
All non-DDY players must check-in with official medical release US Club or USYS and matching player cards from the same governing body.

OPTION 2: SATURDAY AM CHECK-IN
Check-in at the Tournament HQ, one hour prior to your teams first game.
If your player cards are not available, please submit a letter from your club registrar certifying your players are registered for the current season through USYSA or US Club. The letter should be on club stationery and include the team name, player name, player date of birth and player ID number.
