Texas Rush Soccer Club has partnered with Fit For 90, the leading player monitoring and readiness platform in the United States.

Fit For 90 will educate and provide resources to Texas Rush USSDA and ECNL programs to help coaches and players maximize performance while minimizing risks of injury. As a tool for improving player health and performance, the Fit For 90 Player Monitoring Platform will be part of the Texas Rush Soccer Club ECNL and USSDA program resources.
Fit For 90 uses a dynamic online platform to quantify fatigue, stress and training load, muscle soreness, and training and competition readiness for individual players to assist in individual and team periodisation. This information allows coaches to adjust training demands for each player and team, and helps players learn to safely manage their athletic load.
Fit For 90 is used by youth clubs, college, national and professional teams throughout the country, including the US Soccer Women’s National Team, the Chicago Red Stars (NWSL), the New England Revolution (MLS), Sporting Kansas City (MLS), Orlando City (MLS), and many more college and youth club teams.
